Terms of Service
By using crownmediagroup.co or any Crown Media Group service (the "Services"), you agree to these terms. Kingdom Edge has its own additional Terms, Disclaimers, and Risk Disclosure — which control where they apply.
1. Who we are
Crown Media Group is the trade name of All Glory to Jesus Global LLC ("Company"), based in Columbia, South Carolina. King (David King) is the founder and primary operator.
2. Services covered
- The agency — custom marketing, content, video, branding, and website work delivered under separate written proposals.
- AI Tools — one-time purchases (logos, banners, websites) delivered through the storefront at /ai-tools.html.
- Kingdom Sound — per-project music: catalog licenses, custom instrumentals, and fully original songs.
- Kingdom Edge — educational market research and (on Paper Trader / Live Trader tiers) an automated trading bot running on the customer's own Alpaca account. Governed primarily by Edge's separate legal pages.
- Crown Media CRM — subscription tool for agencies (used internally and by select clients).
3. Purchases and refunds
- One-time purchases (AI Tools, Music catalog license, Music custom instrumental, Music original song): non-refundable once production has begun, except where required by law. If the deliverable has not been produced yet, contact us within 48 hours to cancel for a full refund.
- Subscriptions (Kingdom Edge tiers, Crown Media CRM, social media management): billed in advance. Cancel anytime; your subscription remains active through the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for unused time.
- Custom commissioned work (Music Service 2 + 3, custom agency packages): includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions billed by separate agreement. Once the final delivery has been accepted, additional changes are quoted separately.
4. Intellectual property and license
- Music catalog licenses grant a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide commercial license to use the licensed track. Re-sale of the underlying audio file is prohibited. See the license certificate delivered with each purchase.
- Custom instrumentals and original songs grant a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide commercial license to use the work. Crown Media Group retains ownership of the underlying composition; we may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
- Agency deliverables are owned per the project's written proposal.
- Crown Media Group brand, code, and marketing materials remain the property of the Company. Do not re-publish without permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use any Service for: harassment, hate speech, illegal activity, copyright infringement, spam, or anything that would damage the reputation or legal posture of Crown Media Group. We may suspend access for material violations.
6. No professional advice
Marketing recommendations and AI-generated outputs are provided as informational tools, not professional legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. Use your own judgment and consult licensed professionals where appropriate. Kingdom Edge is an educational research tool and (on the bot tiers) an automated execution service — it is not investment advice and Crown Media Group is not a Registered Investment Adviser. 7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crown Media Group's total liability for any claim related to a Service is limited to the amount you paid the Company in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to trading losses, business interruption, or lost data.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crown Media Group, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of a Service or violation of these terms.
9. Governing law + dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Columbia, South Carolina, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive participation in any class action.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as services evolve. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 7 days before they take effect.
