3. Automated Execution on Subscriber's Account (Paper Trader and Live Trader tiers)

The Paper Trader and Live Trader tiers DO place trade orders — but only on Subscriber's own Alpaca brokerage account using Subscriber's own API credentials. Crown Media Group does not take custody of Subscriber funds at any time. Subscriber retains complete control over their Alpaca account and may revoke the bot's access at any moment via Alpaca's dashboard.

The Watch tier does NOT involve any automated execution — it is research and education only.

Even with automated execution active, all investment decisions (which tier to subscribe to, which strategy to authorize, which symbols to track, how much capital to commit, when to revoke access) remain Subscriber's responsibility. Crown Media Group does not provide personalized investment advice.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Past performance of any indicator, signal, or strategy discussed in the Service is not indicative of future results. Hypothetical, simulated, or back-tested results have inherent limitations and may not reflect what would actually have occurred had Subscriber traded the strategy. Crown Media Group makes no representation that any Subscriber will achieve any specific return.

Market data, news, and analysis delivered by the Service are sourced from third-party data providers (including but not limited to Polygon.io and similar). While Crown Media Group makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that the data is complete, error-free, or delivered without delay. Subscriber should verify information independently before acting on it.
